Dan Selec - Founder / Chair / CEO
Dan has been in the technology business for over 15 years as a developer, Solutions Architect and business owner. Dan has designed, developed and produced successful software applications across many platforms, as well as international experience with facility construction. After many years of industry success, Dan has dedicated to using his technology experience to better the lives of those who live with autism. Dan's technical knowledge and ability is very diverse. Dan is a graduate of Abilene Christian University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Geology with Honors. Dan has been a licensed pilot since 1980 and also has 15 years of amateur and professional racing experience. Dan's youngest son was diagnosed with autism at 18 months of age.

Gary Moore - Founder / Vice Chair / President
Gary brings over twenty-five years of industry leadership and experience in technology, professional services, training and staffing. After a successful tenure at Texas Instruments as a programmer and technical trainer, Gary began a career as an IT consultant and educator, and has personally trained over 2,000 IT professionals. Prior to co-founding nonPareil, he worked for several large professional services firms, and held positions in recruiting, marketing, sales and executive-level management. He has worked with over one hundred Fortune 500 companies throughout the U.S. Gary holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science with Honors from the University of North Texas. Gary and his wife live in Plano with their two children, including a teen-age son diagnosed with autism.

Vicki L. Hill - CFO / Director
Vicki brings many years of volunteer and industry leadership to nP. To List: Board member, Dallas Asperger Network for Information, Support and Help (D.A.N.I.S.H.); Co-founder and support group moderator, Child and Adolescent Bipolar Foundation; Intellectual and Developmental Disability Focus Group Coordinator – Healthcare Committee of Collin County; Adult leader, merit badge counselor and volunteer treasurer, Boy Scout troop 288, Plano; Volunteer president, Dallas – Fort Worth Chapter, Tourette Syndrome Association.
Her professional experience speaks for itself as well: 1985 – 1996 Vice President and Treasurer, Sterling Software, Inc.; 1984 – 1986 Board member and volunteer treasurer, Plano Community Home; 1983 – 1985 Assistant Treasurer, Mostek Corporation; 1976 – 1983 Treasurer, Steak and Ale Restaurants of America, Inc; 1974 – 1976 Financial analyst, Enserch Corporation.
In addition, Vicki holds a B.S., Mathematics, University of Texas at Arlington, (summa cum laude); M.S., Mathematics, Purdue University; M.B.A., Southern Methodist University; Member, Texas Society of CPA’s; and is a registered Texas CPA

John Eix - Founder / Director
John W. Eix is head of Regional Business Development in Texas for AmLaw Global 50 law firm Hunton & Williams LLP. He has extensive experience in marketing, business development, strategic planning, communications, media relations, public relations, corporate image development and fund-raising. Mr. Eix has more than 25 years of professional experience and expertise, including careers in broadcast news, non-for-profit and professional services. He also serves in a leadership volunteer capacity with the Legal Marketing Association's Dallas Chapter and with the Special Olympics Texas - Area 10's Jimmy Mac Charity Golf Tournament. Mr. Eix is also a proud "warrior" at Elevate Life Church in Frisco.

Morgan Boardman - Director
Morgan currently serves as Client Development Director at Ketchum. Ketchum has helped raise more than $13 billion for nonprofit clients. Morgan brings over 15 years of experience in the areas of non-profit development and fundraising, including higher education, independent schools, religious organizations, healthcare, youth services, social services and cultural arts. Prior to joining Ketchum, Morgan assisted nonprofit organizations in developing special event silent auctions and was the president of Church Networking Services, a marketing company providing educational products to churches and independent Christian Schools. Morgan serves on several non-profit boards and has served on various capital campaign leadership teams. Morgan received his Bachelors in Music Education from West Texas A&M University.

Paul Baldwin - Director/Audit Committee
Paul Baldwin is qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the UK, and has spent the last 24 years in the IT consulting industry. He was transferred to the US from the London office to manage the US entity of a publicly quoted IT consulting company, Hestair PLC. Paul was the CFO/COO of Force Five, a leading provider of contingent workforce services catering to North America’s IT industry. Under Paul’s guidance, Force Five - which he co-founded in 1993 - became one of the fastest growing privately-held companies in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. Force Five was sold to Comforce, a $500M publically quoted company, and Paul was retained as an Executive Vice President for the next 4 years. Paul was also the CFO at Eclipse Solutions, a Sacramento based government IT consulting entity, which he helped form, manage and fund. Paul is currently the CFO/COO for Knowledge Tranzfer Inc. and Abacus Technical Services Inc. which each serve different markets within the IT consulting arena.
